Our process
Deal Savers make the inspection process and repairs for you and your clients as simple as possible. After your inspection just emails us the inspection and buyers response. We will get you an estimate and schedule a time for your repairs prior to your expected closing date.
Next we will send a paid invoice and any pictures needed and that's it. No more worrying abut if repairs were completed before final walkthrough
